As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Bar Raiser at Amazon, he led the hiring of 11,000+ employees, ensuring top-tier talent alignment with business needs. At The Wonderful Company, he developed workforce strategies for a 1,700-acre logistics hub supporting 9,000+ employees across multiple industries.


A former U.S. Army Senior Leader, Kenny earned multiple awards for valor, including the Bronze Star for Valor and Purple Heart. He played a pivotal role in advancing elite training programs as a U.S. Army Ranger, harnessing his skills in high-stakes environments. Now, as the Founder & CEO of TalentBase, he connects elite talent with forward-thinking organizations, ensuring businesses secure professionals who don’t just meet expectations—they exceed them.

Before entering the legal field, David honed his management and training skills as a corporate trainer and manager for a major bank. His experience informs his focus on risk management and crafting innovative, business-oriented resolutions to complex workplace issues.
